One Piece Season 3 Voyage 1 Now Available For Preorder

One Piece Season 3 First Voyage is now listed at Rightstuf.com. 325 minutes tell us that it will probably contain the first 13 episodes of Skypedia which we have all seen on Toonami. Well not me, I sadly wasn't a fan of the show then but now I am a new man! Anyway I will be sure to preorder this set and the previous May 16th(when I should have some money).

Tuesday, March 16th, One Piece Season 2 Voyage 6th came out to the states. One Piece season 2 voyage 6th is the final volume of the Alabasta arc of One Piece. It contains episodes 117-131 of One Piece. Featuring great fights and scenes, it is a great set you won't want to miss out on!

One Piece Volumes 29-31 On The Top Manga List For February

This list is the list of top manga for month of February. Now as you can see here one piece only got 3 of the 5 volumes that came out that month on the list. Now yes it, it is pretty sad but for some reason I feel things can only get better than worse. Well I guess they could get worse, but noooo we don't want that as One Piece fans we must support, please for me?

One Piece Season 2 5th Final Disscusion Time/6th Voyage Prep.Time!

Hey guys and gals, time for another long blog post! This time I will be posting to prep. you all up for One Piece Season 2 6th Voyage which will be coming out soon in March(Time is going by fast, huh?!) Anyway here is some of the interesting highlights of season 2 fifth voyage.

The straw hat pirates and Vivi get captured into a certain casino where lets just say the meet a very war like man and a banana gator.
Mr.Sanji uses his alter ego to trick this very war-like man and save the crew.
Luffy and Crocodile(Yes, I revealed his name, MWUHAHAHAH!) duke it out by the loosing side doesn't last very long...
The rest of the straw hats and Vivi make it to the capital city of Alubarna, but just days before that Barouqe Work does their final plan in which they turn to rebels against the Royal Army....
And finally we start up the major fights of the war, (1) Rebels Vs. Royal Army, (2) Usopp and Chopper vs Mr.4 and Ms.Merry Christmas , (3) Nami vs. Miss.Double Finger. and the last(4) Sanji vs.Mr.2

And so that pretty much sums up everything that happened in season 2 fifth voyage which you can buy at Rightstuf.com , the official dealer for One Piece goods.

So what is there to look forward to in season 2 sixth voyage? Well first off we will get to see the final fights of Alabasta which there is actually only a couple more. The main ones are DazBones vs. Zoro and Luffy Vs. Crocodile. We will get to hear the brand new ending (Shining Ray) DUBBED~! And there are plenty of more surprises I won't spoil. So look forward to it, I am sure I am looking forward to it!

No One Piece On The NY Book Selling List Yet

Now I was expecting to not get the first but the second week also, now I wish we could have at least gotten 10th place! But ya know, OP could be at number 11 so who knows? We will just have to wait for more news to come...

One Piece News At Katsucon 2010!

At Katsucon 2010, Funimation had a industry panel saying the latest news for their company. They said a couple things about One Piece there which I will list

Onepieceoffical.com may surpass the dvd release in term of dub episodes
In the future bigger sets for One Piece will be coming out for the episodes that are already out(I am talking just 24-26 episode sets, here)
And last but certainly not least, One Piece will continue to have 2 month releases on the dvd release.

Were Getting There, Slowly But Were Getting There.

One Piece Volume 24 is sadly the only volume of the speed up on the list but to me I am just happy it survived for this long. I remember back last year when it would only be number 10 and leave! Also thought I would tell you FireCrouch, a fellow AP forum member and also a part of the OPP asked Viz Media about how sells were going on FaceBook for One Piece. Here is what he said "So Far So Good". Also on Facebook Viz said they were looking at releasing Color Walk's 2 and 3, like I said things can only get better from here!

One Piece Volumes 29-33 Are Now Shipping And Availible At Select Retailers!

Friends from the Arlong Park Forum are reporting that Volumes 29-33 that should be released Febuary 2nd are being shipped from Right Stuf now which sounds about right and some are saying they have saw them at book stores like Borders and Books A Million. And one person said they got volumes 34-37 at Books A Million Also! Now don't quote me on the last line but all sounds true enough. So if you are interested in these volumes check or call your book stores and ask them if they have the volumes in stock before wasting gas or wasting energy walking to the store. But if you want them early with 100 percent no doubt than I say just go to Right Stuf I mean they do have them for 2$ cheaper. Good Luck Finding Them!

One Piece Anime Catch Up: S2V4

In case you did not notice One Piece Season 2 Fifth Voyage comes out this Tuesday to celebrate, I though I should catch you guys up on the highlights of fourth voyage!

We get to see Luffy's Big Bro Ace for the first time!
The Straw Hat's make it to the land of Alabasta!
Smoker and Tashagi and the rest of the marine fleet there end up finding and fighting Luffy and Ace
While traveling to the main city in Alabasta, Vivi see's the frighting things that happend to her country's people like her friend Kohza and his dad Toto!

There were ton of crazy animals they saw on the trip including a preverted camel!
Then it get's really intense in the desert when Luffy and Vivi end up in an argument! What a cliff hanger!

So that is pretty much all the important highlights of fourth voyage, be sure to see the great adventures that happens in the next voyage!

One Piece Speed Up Week 1 Bombs In America

This is the only volume that made it on the New York Time's list. Now to me this is pretty sad seeing if any volume should even be on the list it should be volume 24 since that is what started it. Maybe it is because some of the top characters are on this cover or something but I don't know this is just sad though to me. Hopefully since this is just the first week sales will get better. Now I am starting to feel really ashamed for not supporting until the post Enis Lobby volumes. Oh well, why don't we try thinking on the good side? Maybe 11-14 of the new york times manga list is volumes 24,26,27 and 28? Who knows? Hopefully time will be on our side.

One Piece Chapter 0 review

One Piece Chapter 0 is great, full of fan service and fun to all fans and the main point of it is to set up Gold Lion Shiki's plan and why he is what he is. So there will be spoilers in this review for the actual manga so in case you aren't fully caught up just so you know. By the way this movie and chapter has not yet been released in America.

So first off the manga starts 20 years before the Great Pirate Age started which in case you did not know, it is when Gold D. Roger died. We start off by seeing tons of marines much younger looking then they are right now in the manga.Like for instance Sengoku, who has a afro!

And so then we get to see Roger's crew with Buggy(back when he was a kid) complaining that he dosen't want Roger to fight Gold Lion, Raliegh says that he dosen't have the much time now also. Basically what is happening is Gold Lion wants to partner with Roger because he has something he wants, Roger would not let him have that something because he said there was no point in being a pirate if he could not do what he wanted. Then Shiki and Roger had this huge fight know as "Battle In Edd War". I guess it seemed as if Shiki was going to win but due to a change of weather half of Shiki's fleet sank it seemed a steering weel got stuck in to Shiki's head as the end result of the battle.

Then 2 years later(We are moving along pretty fast this chapter) Gold D. Roger's Crew are the first to conquer the Grand Line which no one thought was possible. Then Roger's pirates mysteriously disappeared. Then another year later Shiki and the rest of the world figure out that Roger was arrested which really makes Shiki so mad he just shoots one of his pirates out of anger. Shiki goes to Marine Ford Park and goes to find Roger killing everyone in his path. Sengoku tells him that Roger's life will end in Louge Town and will scar many pirate's dreams. Shiki pretty pissed off takes on Sengoku and his subordinate Garp. When the battle concluded they had destroyed half of Marine Ford and Gold Lion was sent to Impel Down.

A week later the Pirate King died and started the Great Age of Pirates. We then get to see many characters from the manga a lot younger talking about what just happend to the King Of Pirates. Then we get back to Impel Down and see the pirates in there wanting to get out and want to go on the journey pirates seek now. Gold Lion still down and defeated, he still dosen't beleive any of this crap and thinks Pirates should be rulers of the world. And now 2 years later we find out that Gold Lion Shiki escaped Impel Down bye cutting off his feet and replacing them with swords! Sengoku calls Garp about the incident Garp says they shouldn't worrry about it for now sense Gold Lion will take a while to take action on things.

It seems Garp is at the WindMill Village raising Ace(which if you read the manga you will find out why) . Then we see minor characters getting show time too like Yassop(Ussop's dad), Tagashi's parents(Zoro's childhood friend) we also see Robin and Franky! Then we see Gold Lion Shiki once more on White Beard's ship, talking to him. Gold Lion tells White Beard that he is planning to disappear for a while and White Beard thinks he is up to no good again.

So that ends the chapter, I have to tell you that was a pretty good chapter. It was nice seeing Gold Lion's origins and finding out why he had a stering wheel on his head and swords on his feat. It truely inticipates me for the movie unlike the 4 anime episodes which I will say is a disgrace but that is another story. So yeah I defenitly recommend you read this chapter. It seems to really gear you up for Strong World, hopefully Funimation licenses the movie soon so we can get a chance at getting this chapter in Shonen Jump just to own it for keeps!

Romance Dawn review/long summary (Version 1)

One Piece started out with 2 one shot's entitled "Romance Dawn" they came out 1996- early 1997. One Piece later came out on it's own. this is a review of the first version that came out. You may have read this one shot before as it was published in Viz's Shonen Jump December 2009 issue or you may have also watched at the end of last year sense it was just animated.

First off, the manga starts out with seeing a man named Monkey D. Luffy super happy he has found a "Jolly Roger" pirate ship. Which is basically shall I say, the evil pirates. We then see a city with the pirate ship monkey D. Luffy was very happy about.

Then we see a girl named shiruku who wants to fight the pirates. The mayor thinks she's crazy and decides to try talking with the pirates. The town's people are also saying that is Cresent Moon Gyari, but it really is non other than monkey D. luffy who has taken over his ship!

After some useless bickering with the Cresent Moon Luffy leaves the ship, the mayor who thinks Luffy is Cresent Moon says he will give them anything Luffy ask's for some food and the mayor go's right that way! And then he relizes a girl is in there, Shiriku! But she happens to not be afraid of Luffy and swings she swiftly swings her sword at Luffy! luffy quickly tells her he isn't a pirate, but he wants to be. While she feeds him Luffy says he actaully wants to be a peacemain, or basically a pirate who fights evil pirates(morgaia) and go on adventures.

Then we see a flashback that is a actual chapter in the manga, it shows how Luffy got the StrawHat. It started out with him wanting to join the pirate Shanks' crew, but shanks says you a very powerfull speach about what it means to be a pirate. But while he is talking, Luffy rudely ignoring him, eats this mysterious fruit. At quick glances all of the pirates on the ship no what is: A gum gum- devil fruit. Anyone who eats it is able to strech their whole body but at the price of not being able to ever swim. Carelessly though, Luffy goes in a boat thinking all he has to do is not go overboard. Weird how as soon as he says this, a shark comes and bites half of his boat! Luffy needs help and is screaming for it and Shanks comes to the rescue. He looses his arm though in helping Luffy. Later at a different time it seems Shanks is leaving the village, Luffy vows to still became a pirate. But shanks say's"Then I will lend you this hat return it for me one day."

Now back into present time, Shiruku asks if that happens to be Red Hair Shanks. Luffy asks how do you know him and she says because he is a legendary pirate. Luffy didn't even know that though. Then Shiruku decides to admit that she was a pirates child but a abandoned one.Then we see Gyari again saying he will have revenge. Now we quickly see that Shiruku was left behind in the town by pirates that invaded the town. The town's people didn't care she was a daughter of a pirate, they decided to raise her anyway. That is why she dosen't want to see the villagers have sad faces. But it seems as if Luffy ignored all that she said sense he is telling the consessions lady thanks for the for the food.

As he walks out he sees Gyari, who says he is real mad at Luffy. He quickly sends his too sidecicks in to attack. Luffy beats his 2 opponents real quick with his gum gum powers. Gyari says he is really mad now and shoots Luffy with a pistil, but sense Luffy ate the gum gum fruit and his whole body is rubber the pistol did not do anything.

Gyari and his conrads are defeated and leave again. Luffy decides to catch those guys because he will feel bad if they destroy the town. While goes off chasing the cresent moon pirates are making a plan of how they will defeat Luffy. While doing so, the town's people, still thinking Luffy is Gyari captures him. Shikiru catches up and says that he is not Gyari.While doing so Gyari shows up saying he is cresent moon proving so by his mustache. Everything is connecting huh!

Shiriku try's fighting Gyari but is horrible at doing so, the mayor says stop but she says if they loose there money, that this village will be known to pirates and there stuff will always get taken. Luffy, acting dumb as usual talks about Gyari's weird beard again and gets hit in the head, says it didn't hurt. After Gyari gets all of the treasure he takes Luffy so he can throw him out in the ocean. Idiotic as he is, Luffy asks if they can save him when they do so, which is a obvious no. Shiriku and the mayor want to save him. But while thinking so, Gyari takes Luffy's strawhat which really pisses Luffy off. I line that I think needs a picture itself >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Luffy decides to bite Gyari(I probably said Gyari 100 times by know lol) This really makes Gyari mad and him over the ocean. Luffy still angry he dosen't have his hat, dosen't even bother to notice he is diving into the ocean(You know what that means!) After Gyari seems to think he has tooken everything, Risking her life while the pirates set sail, Shikuru saves Luffy from drowning. Back on land Luffy is ready to kick some serious ass! Shikuru try's to stop but it is no use when it is Luffy you are trying to stop! He finds the highest building in town and jumps on it and streches his amrm's all the way to ship and then seems to inflate himself to land safley on the ship! Luffy some how quickly gets his hat and decides that he will get back the town's treasure and will sink the ship, which he thinks is Gyari's treasure. Now if you read the manga One Piece you will likely know this next attack luffy pulls to break the ship Gum Gum Axe!(Oda dosen't name the attack in this story but in the manga he uses the same attack and it is called that. Now just to see how much damage he does let me show you.

Pretty hectic, huh? Cresent Moon Gyari decides to say that Luffy will remember him, but Luffy says that he dosen't need to and pushes him off the ship. Somehow Luffy got a small boat on that ship with the treasue and comes back to town with more treasure that was even taken! The town's people are very happy about this and think that they should thank him. Shiruku decides also that not all pirates are bad. Then Luffy sets sail again not what crazy adventures he will see. Then we see a fastforward I guess and see tons of pirates and a much older Luffy it seems. And then we see this which is exactly how I will end this post.

Amazon was very genourus today as they have not only gave us the cover to volume 48-53 of One Piece which you can check out with the links at the bottom, but have also gave us the release date for Volume 54! Drum Roll please...... July 6th 2010!!! Very nice Viz, very. And they were also crazy enough to give us the cover for 54! Check them all out, because in my opinion they look great!

Support Viz's One Piece!

I will be posting the latest news about Viz's One Piece! Because right now I feel that the manga is the One thing that still needs support in America, why exactly? Because it always seems to get low sales, just last week One Piece Volume 23 was number 7 on the top 10 list. Now why is this bad? Because Naruto Volume 46 is beating One Piece and it has been out for at least 10 weeks. What I am basically trying to say is support! If you haven't bought the manga yet get the omnibous volumes! I am really scared in 2010 when the speed up happens and One Piece is still on the bottom of the list. So please do what you can,Christmas is coming ask whoever you can for some One Piece Manga!

Hello guys, my name is DragonPiece(nick name) I have just recently started and quited a Naruto blog. Mainly it was because I just relized the more I reviewed it the more I didn't like the series. Let's just say I wasn't in the right heart. But enough of that, now to tell you about my fandom. I have been of this manga sinse the beggening of this year(January) and I wouldn't consider myself a new fan at sense I have been through the rise and fall of 4kids,funimation's showings,Japanese airings, the simlucast's rise and fall and re-rise trust me I have been through it all it feels.
